Ryder is 3!!! :)

I can't believe that Ryder is three. He is my little sidekick! I love having him around. I can't believe it has been 3 years since I was in labor and didn't even know it. Had my first baby 6 weeks early 45 minutes after arriving at the hospital where they told me nothing was wrong with me and were getting ready to send me home, and had a baby in the nicu for one week and home on oxygen for another week. Our once little preemie-is now a big strong 3 year old who is 37 pounds and full of energy!

I love my little buddy! We do everything together. He likes to help with everything from cooking to cleaning to fixing and building and crafting and cutting and gluing.

Ryder:

Loves to Ride his trike. He rides it forwards and backwards and can do tricks on it.

Knows and recognizes all his letters, lower case and upper case and knows the sounds they make.

Loves to help his brother with everything, which sometimes hinders... but his heart is in the right place.

Loves to read scriptures before bed every night. We bought the book, Book of Mormon Stories, which summarizes the scripture stories and has pictures. He loves reading it and understands and remembers the stories we read.

Is obsessed with Trains!! He likes any show, movie or book that may even have a glimpse of a train in it..And of course Thomas the tank engine is his favorite! :)

Loves to wear hats like dad.

Loves to go on fourwheeler rides with dad.

Loves to camp.

Loves to play outside.

Loves to play with his cousins.

loves his sister ladies (what he calls his nursery teachers-I know random right?)

loves exercising with Mommy.

Loves Pizza and pasta and meat and apples and pears.

I'm sure he loves many more things but this is what I can think of right now.

Because Ryder loves trains so much. We decided to have a train party! We have been planning, gathering and preparing for this party for months!

Sorry for the picture overload, but the decorations were pretty fun! :)

Rob and I may have missed our calling in life-maybe we should have been party planners lol!! Rob helped me with all the big signs and by help me I mean he made them and hung them ;)
